Window cleaning

Patrick cleans windows from a proper window cleaning ladder, the kind made for the job, so the upstairs sashes on a terrace get the same attention as the ones you can reach from the path.

It is an all year round service. Plenty of people only think about the windows in spring, but winter is when the road spray, soot and rain spotting build up on the glass, and it is the time of year you notice the light most.

Conservatory cleaning

Conservatory roofs go green. Algae and moss settle in the ridges of polycarbonate and along the glazing bars, and the inside gets darker every year. Patrick cleans them with a long reach jet washer, which reaches the roof from outside so nobody is putting their weight on panels that were never made to take it.

A lot of window cleaning happens because Patrick is already there. If the driveway, patio or front steps are being jet washed, the windows can be done the same day, and the gutters too if they need it. One visit, one van, and the whole front of the house looks right at the end of it.

Questions we get asked.

Do you clean windows all year round?

Yes. Window cleaning is an all year service, not a summer one. Winter is when road spray and grime build up on the glass fastest, so it is a good time to have them done.

Can you do the windows when you jet wash?

Yes, and a lot of people do. If Patrick is already there jet washing the drive, patio or front steps, the windows can be done on the same visit rather than booking someone else.

How do you clean a conservatory roof?

With a long reach jet washer, so the roof is cleaned from outside rather than by climbing on it. Conservatory roof panels are not made to be walked on. The long reach lance gets the algae and dirt out of the ridges and glazing bars and rinses it all down.
